The brand-new Spectre EV is a fully electric hardtop two-door saloon that has now made its way to India as well. The first Rolls-Royce Spectre was recently delivered in Chennai, and the pictures of this sedan have been shared online. Although the company has not officially launched the vehicle in India, it has delivered the first unit. The Rolls-Royce Spectre has been priced at Rs 9 crore (ex-showroom).

The pictures of India’s first Rolls-Royce Spectre have been shared on Instagram by Automobili Ardent on their official page. The pictures show the brand-new Rolls-Royce Spectre coming out of an enclosed trailer in a garden. The first picture shows the sleek slant back roof design of the Spectre. The next picture showcases the vehicle with its bonnet and right front door open. Lastly, a third picture shows the Spectre inside the enclosed trailer.

Just a few days later, another picture of the same car was also shared by Automobili Ardent. In that picture, the sedan was shown with straps on its front door, suggesting that the vehicle has landed via a cargo plane in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Presently, we do not have any information on who actually has bought this all-electric hardtop sedan. Most likely, we can expect to see a few more Spectres in India in the coming months. It has been reported that the company will officially be launching the Spectre next year in 2024.

Rolls-Royce Spectre: Details

The all-new fully electric Rolls-Royce Spectre, according to the company, has been completely built from the ground up. On the outside, it continues to boast the similar signature design of Rolls-Royce cars, including the biggest grille ever fitted to a Rolls-Royce, which now comes illuminated. It also gets a new and smoother Spirit of Ecstasy figure. It also gets all-LED headlights with DRLs.

Moving on to the side profile, the new Spectre is the first-ever Rolls-Royce model from the factory to come equipped with 23-inch alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the rear of the Spectre looks similar to the Wraith; it features a much sleeker and sharper slanted roof design with minimalistic-looking LED taillights.

On the inside, it features the same extremely high quality and exquisite leather and wooden inlays with metal accessories. The Spectre, according to the features, is the first-ever offering of Starlight Doors, which have 4,796 subtly lighted stars that are LEDs. The dashboard for the Spectre is also illuminated.

In terms of the powertrain side of things, the Rolls-Royce Spectre comes equipped with two BMW eDrive permanently excited synchronous motors. This all-electric Rolls-Royce sedan makes around 577 hp and around 900 Nm of torque. According to the company, it offers an estimated range of around 418 km.
