DRAMMwater’s Les Evans (L) and Al Zylstra (R) | Dramm Corporation
The Dramm Corporation has announced that Les Evans has been promoted to lead the DRAMMwater business segment of the Dramm Corporation. Les first joined Dramm in 2009 after more than a decade of working with several other industry-leading companies. As the company’s first Northeastern U.S. Technical Representative, Les helped build the territory and Dramm’s current Commercial Products sales structure. After a brief stint away with a waste-management startup, Les returned to work on the DRAMMwater team. Covering a range of responsibilities from regional sales to managing system engineering, Les helped establish DRAMMwater as a leader in Complete Water Management for the horticultural industry.
Les will be replacing Al Zylstra, who will be retiring in July 2025. Al was instrumental in building DRAMMwater, joining Dramm at the segment’s inception in 2010. Over the past 15 years, Al led DRAMMwater through its growth, building the business unit from scratch and leading the team as it grew. After retirement, Al will remain with Dramm on a consulting contract as the DRAMMwater Emeritus Manager, working on special projects.
The Dramm Corporation has produced quality products and solutions for growers for more than 75 years. Founded in 1941 with the invention of the 400AL Water Breaker Nozzle, the Dramm Corporation continues to innovate. Dramm now offers complete irrigation and water management design.
