First, draw out the shape of the narwhal with a pencil on your paper plate.

Next, cut out your drawing.

Then, paint the narwhal paper plate blue!

The next step is to cut a long triangle with the white construction paper and a small pink oval.

Next using the sharpie, draw lines on the narwhal’s horn then glue on the horn and blush.

Then using a sharpie, draw a smile, a black dot where the eye will go, and then a C shape next to the blush.
