Scheduled for Feb. 18 to 20, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno in Fresno, CA, the BioSolutions Conference and Expo, North America’s premier event for specialty crop growers and advisers, will be celebrating its 10th anniversary. The conference is devoted to the latest developments in sustainable tools, technology solutions, and the effective use of biological, organic, and regenerative products in sustainable crop management systems.
Growers and other industry professionals who’d like to be involved as speakers are invited to submit a detailed proposal for consideration. The initial deadline for proposal submission has been extended from Aug. 23 to Aug. 30. A proposal should include:
- The preferred session format (slideshow, panel discussion, workshop)
- Session specifics (title, description, length (most sessions will be between 20 and 40 minutes)
- Intended attendee takeaways
- Speaker specifics (contact information, professional biography, headshot)
- Targeted audience (specialty crops, protected crops, vegetables, fruits, etc.)

Additional Guidance for Proposal Submissions
- Presentations should be based on facts, popular topics, trends, lessons learned, experiences, and leading practices.
- Presenters are strongly encouraged to provide tangible takeaways for attendees with their sessions.
- Sales pitches will not be accepted.
- All speakers are required to use BioSolutions Conference and Expo branded templates for presentations.
- All speakers receive a complimentary conference pass. BioSolutions is unable to provide any other form of compensation or reimbursement for expenses.
- Suppliers selected to present at the BioSolutions Conference and Expo will be required to support the event by exhibiting.
- The program committee will give priority to submissions featuring grower presenters or co-presenters.
- Sessions and panels featuring clear elements for audience engagement and participation are strongly encouraged.
